Inflatable Fun Angus – Rain & Weather Policy

At Inflatable Fun Angus, we know Ontario weather can change fast. Our goal is to keep your family safe, stress-free, and flexible when rain or poor conditions show up.

Safety Comes First

For everyone’s safety, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or lightning. Wet and windy conditions can make surfaces slippery and unsafe for children.

If weather conditions are unsafe, we ask that inflatables remain deflated and not in use until conditions improve.

Rain Weekend? Keep the Fun Going

We offer flexible options to help you still get your party in:

  • Pay for 1 Day, Keep It for 3 still applies

  • If your rental falls on a rainy weekend, you may keep the inflatable for extra days at no additional charge (weather and availability permitting)

  • This gives you a chance to enjoy your rental when the weather clears

Pickup Rentals

If you’ve chosen pickup and the forecast shows rain:

  • You may reschedule your pickup to another available weekend

  • Or keep the inflatable longer if rain prevents safe use during your original rental period

We recommend checking the forecast the night before pickup for the best experience.

Delivery Rentals

If Inflatable Fun Angus is delivering your inflatable:

  • If unsafe weather is forecast, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a rain credit for a future date

  • If weather turns bad during your rental, you may be eligible to extend your rental period so you still get your full fun time

Rain Credits (No Expiration)

  • Weather-related cancellations due to unsafe conditions will receive a rain credit toward a future booking

  • Rain credits never expire and can be used at any time, subject to availability

  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Light Rain Policy

Light mist or passing showers are usually okay, but children should exit the inflatable during steady rain and wait for it to dry before re-entering.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe, level, and debris-free setup area

  • Inflatables must be properly secured and supervised at all times

  • Do not operate inflatables in winds exceeding safe limits (typically 24 km/h / 15 mph)

Final Call

The final safety decision rests with Inflatable Fun Angus staff. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, extend, or issue a rain credit so your family doesn’t miss out on the fun.
